JANUARY
January 15	All Sold Early Bird and Classic Trail Permits, reconciliation, funds and all unsold Early Bird and Classic permits returned.
January 30	Official Trail Opening Report
APRIL
April 30	Annual Club Agreement with all appropriate documents.
	All sold trail permits, funds and all unsold permits returned.
	Groomer Activity Report with White Log Book pages and meter pics (Start/End)
