Snowmobile Trails of Nova Scotia
Please note that visiting snowmobilers require a valid SANS trail permit to access our 5,000 kilometer trail system.
Trail permits are available under permits on this site, Early Bird and Family permits are available online and through your local clubs.Trail users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Nova Scotia Off-Highway Vehicle Act to avoid an unwanted interruption from an enforcement official or a SANS Trail Warden. The SANS and our regional snowmobile clubs heavily endorse Zero Tolerance in regards to riding while impaired. This behaviour will not be tolerated. Please take the Zero Tolerance pledge "Zero Tolerance I say, 'til I'm Done for the Day! Help us keep our trails safe and enjoy another day.
