Requirements (Submit by Due Date):
January 15th - All sold and unsold Early Bird permits, reconciliation form and payment.
January 30th - Official trail opening report.
April 30th - Annual club agreement with all appropriate documents.
May 15th - Groomer activity report with white log sheets and meter pictures (start and end).
